The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop suggests Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is being held hostage.
In the Y&R weekly preview, she’s shown standing beside at a locked door, pleading with her captor to let her out. “Look, as much fun as this stay has been,” Mariah will say. “Me and this baby would like to get out of here now. Please?”
For weeks now, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) have grown increasingly worried about Mariah’s absence. She left on a business trip she hadn’t told either woman about. Plus, Tessa noticed she didn’t take her overnight bags or any of her maternity clothes with her.
Y&R Scoop – Tessa Porter Has Been Very Concerned
Mariah sent texts, telling Tessa, Abby and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) that she was fine and she just needed some space. But Tessa has been particularly concerned that her girlfriend hasn’t called and Abby has agreed with her.
She had a terrible dream about Mariah and began to sense that something wasn’t right. “I’m not saying something terrible has happened,” Abby said to Tessa and Nina Webster (Tricia Cast) on Thursday’s Y&R. “I just wish that we could talk to her.”
But both Nina and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) have urged the two ladies to just give Mariah some space. If she’s feeling overwhelmed by all the attention, the last thing they should do is smother her. But it looks like Abby and Tessa were right all along.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Did Stitch Rayburn Kidnap Her?
However, who is responsible holding for holding the Jabot executive hostage? The last viewers saw of her, she had just finished a run in Chancellor Park. Mariah was approached by Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan), who tried to give her some pregnancy advice. Although their interaction was friendly, could Stitch have lured her somewhere and taken her hostage?
Certainly, there are others who could have done it, but Stitch seems the most obvious. He just returned to Genoa City and he’s been shown looking inside the Chancellor living room from outside. But did Stitch kidnap Mariah or was it someone else?
